Mr. Dominguez brings over 28 years of experience in operations management and superintendence for Cathodic Protection, Underground Utility Locating, Concrete Rebar Scanning, Service Termination, Gas Leak Detection/Repairs, Water Leak Detection, CCTV Inspections, and Directional Drilling.

Mr. Lopez brings over 21 years of experience in customer relations, project management, scheduling, permitting, utility owner coordination, underground utility locating, supervision, planning and quality control of client deliverables.

Mr. Servin brings more than 6 years of project estimating, traffic control design, project coordination, process evaluation and improvement, USA, permitting and client relations development.

Ms. Lau is EXARO’s office manager with a variety of duties including but not limited to accounts payables/receivables, financial book management, payroll, labor compliance, and database uploads.

Mr. Velasquez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, enabling him to ensure EXARO’s fleet and equipment are well maintained and ready for the field crews to deliver on the clients’ needs effectively and timely.

Ms. Barve is EXARO's project manager who assists the lead project manager in planning, overseeing, and coordinating the construction operations and processes efficiently.
